IQ-EQ has been named as a finalist for 'Employer of the Year' in the prestigious 2025 STEP Private Client Awards, which celebrate excellence across the private wealth sector.

The STEP Private Client Awards recognise firms that demonstrate outstanding commitment to their people, clients and the wider industry. The Employer of the Year category specifically acknowledges organisations that excel in supporting employees, fostering workplace culture and ethics, and investing in professional development.

This global recognition follows IQ-EQ's UK business making the 2025 Sunday Times Best Places to Work list and the recent extension of STEP Employer Partner Platinum accreditation to the company’s Isle of Man office, complementing the existing accreditation held by its Jersey and Guernsey offices since 2017 and 2018 respectively. This accreditation recognises organisations that demonstrate a strong learning and development culture, further showcasing the Group's commitment to creating an environment where employees can thrive.

The awards ceremony will take place later this year, where IQ-EQ will celebrate alongside colleagues and peers in the private wealth community.
