Independent private wealth and corporate services provider Praxis has strengthened its senior leadership team in Guernsey with the appointment of two highly experienced professionals, further enhancing the expertise available to its international client base.

Wayne Mollet, Client Services Director brings 20 years’ experience in trust and private wealth management. He previously led teams in the Guernsey office of a major South African financial services group, serving both South African clients and a broad portfolio across the UK, Kenya and Europe. Most recently, he spent seven years with a boutique, independent trust company, where he led the team managing its largest and most complex relationship.

In his role at Praxis, Wayne acts as principal relationship manager for a diverse portfolio of private clients, overseeing the administration of trusts and companies holding a wide range of international assets.

Associate Director, Natasha Tauckoor, also joins the Guernsey team, bringing more than two decades of experience in the fiduciary and private wealth sectors. Beginning her career in Mauritius, Natasha has since held senior roles at both bank-owned and independent firms in Mauritius and Guernsey.

She specialises in estate planning and multi-jurisdictional structuring, supporting families to manage and transfer wealth in line with their long-term objectives. At Praxis, she leads a client portfolio with complex international requirements, working with colleagues across the Group to deliver coordinated, efficient services.

Ciaran O’Neill, Managing Director of Praxis in Guernsey, said, “Wayne and Natasha bring strong leadership, deep industry knowledge and a global outlook that further strengthen our private wealth capabilities in Guernsey.

“Their expertise ensures we continue to deliver the high standards our clients expect while helping us attract and retain top talent. As an independent firm with the scale, expertise and culture to deliver, we are committed to being both the best team on the island and the employer of choice in our sector.”

These appointments underscore Praxis' ongoing commitment to investing in its leadership and delivering exceptional client service across all its jurisdictions. The firm has been providing private wealth and corporate administration services in Guernsey for more than 40 years and is one of the largest independent providers, employing around 130 staff locally.
