Independent professional services group Praxis has strengthened its senior leadership in Guernsey with the appointment of experienced private wealth specialist Ciaran O’Neill as Managing Director of its Guernsey Private Wealth & Corporate Services team.
Having joined the firm earlier this year, Ciaran’s promotion reflects Praxis’ continued investment in its people and commitment to supporting international individuals, families and family offices with complex, cross-border needs.
Ciaran brings nearly 30 years of experience in the trust and private wealth sector, having held senior roles across Guernsey, London and Singapore for a major Swiss private bank. Since joining Praxis, he has made a strong impact on the Guernsey leadership team, championing a collaborative culture and maintaining a clear focus on service quality and operational excellence.
In his new role, he leads the Guernsey team in delivering private wealth and corporate services, with a particular focus on long-term client relationships, cross-border structuring, and sound governance.
