TALO is a mentor matching platform that supports women across key life transitions throughout their careers - whether that’s motherhood, fertility journeys, menopause, divorce, grief, board dynamics, hormonal shifts or career pivots. TALO is helping women stay professionally empowered and financially independent, no matter what life throws their way.

We match women to external mentors who are from the same industry, and who have recently navigated that same personal life experience. The relatability and authenticity of this connection is what makes TALO different and impactful. We don’t connect women with just any mentor—we pair them with someone in their industry who’s been there personally, someone who truly understands the unspoken challenges. Our mentors bring empathy and real, practical guidance. This creates a space where women can be vulnerable, speak freely, and receive actionable support to keep moving forward in their careers.

Through training, workshops and bespoke & benchmarked insights, TALO support embedding the right framework for companies to support and retain their talent.

Our community of executive c-suite level mentors can also join our TALO Network, an empowering space for senior level women to navigate all the challenges that fall into the intersection between career and life. These curated events are designed to help them level up in essential areas—like personal financial planning, hormonal health, wellness, optimising childcare costs etc while also fostering meaningful connections and networking opportunities with like-minded women.

My passion for building TALO comes from a deep belief: that women deserve to thrive in every chapter of their careers without sacrificing financial independence. TALO is more than mentorship—it’s a movement to unlock the potential of female talent and ensure women rise, support one another, and continue to lead, no matter what life brings.
