Praxis strengthens Jersey leadership team with key appointments
Praxis has announced two senior appointments to enhance its established client services and leadership team in Jersey.
Helen Hendy has joined the independent group as Executive Director in the firm’s Private Wealth team. With over three decades of experience in the private client sector in Jersey, Helen brings a wealth of practical knowledge and experience in managing complex trust structures for individuals and families. An associate member of ICSA, Helen also holds an Institute of Directors Diploma in Company Direction.
Commenting on her appointment, Helen said: “I am truly excited to join the team. Praxis has built a strong reputation in the industry as an independent firm that delivers bespoke solutions across the full spectrum of private wealth and one that takes a long-term, director-led approach to its client relationships.”
John Medina, who joined Praxis over 30 years ago, has been appointed Managing Director, Jersey, alongside his role as Group Head of Private Wealth. His deep industry knowledge and commitment to client excellence have been instrumental in shaping the firm’s private wealth strategy, and under his leadership, the Jersey team continues to deliver growth for the Group.

New hire strengthens private wealth team at independent firm Praxis
A private wealth professional with international experience has been appointed as a new Executive Director at leading independent firm Praxis.
Ciaran O’Neill brings 28 years of expertise built across senior positions at multinational trust companies. His career includes roles in Guernsey, London and Singapore, where he served as Centre Head for the trust division of a leading Swiss private bank.
A fully qualified STEP member, Ciaran’s expertise in managing complex trust operations and his global perspective will be invaluable as the Group continues to develop its bespoke private wealth and corporate services.
